This Privacy Policy explains how Leaders Financial Group ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use this website, submit a form, use a calculator, or book a call.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Contact details — name, email address, and (on the partner form) phone number.
- Inquiry details — the topic you select and any message you write.
- Partner details — business/firm name, partner type, and book/audience size if you apply to partner with us.
- Calculator inputs — figures you enter into the life-insurance needs calculator (e.g. income, debt, savings, number of children) are processed in your browser to show your estimate. If you ask us to email your result or follow up, we receive your name, email, your optional date of birth, and the calculator's recommended coverage amount — not the individual figures you typed.
- Booking information — when you schedule through the embedded calendar, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter to book.
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, or government IDs through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and contact you about the services or partnership you asked about.
- To provide your calculator result and have a licensed agent follow up if you request it.
- To schedule and conduct calls.
- To meet legal, recordkeeping, and compliance obligations.
Calls, texts, and emails (your consent)
When you submit a form and check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, and—where you provide a phone number—text message about your inquiry or partnership, including by automated or prerecorded means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
- Texts: reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
How we share it
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Our CRM / lead processor — lead submissions are sent through our own secure proxy to GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer-relationship platform, which stores your contact record.
- Scheduling provider — the embedded booking calendar is operated by our scheduling provider.
- Legal/safety — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. The website also loads fonts and animation libraries from third-party content-delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr) to display the page; these receive standard request data (such as your IP address) but do not receive your form submissions. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site. [ confirm before publish if analytics/pixels are added ]
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. [ specify retention period with counsel ]
Your choices and rights
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing contact, by emailing help@leadersfg.com or calling us. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including keeping API credentials server-side and transmitting submissions over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
